Cleveland Eye Care and Surgery offers a comprehensive range of ophthalmology services which include standard eye examinations and contact lens fittings as well as advanced medical and surgical specialty care. In addition, we offer in-office services cosmetic procedures including Botox® and Latisse®.

Cleveland Eye Care and Surgery has four convenient locations in the greater Cleveland area. We offer full ophthalmic services at our South Euclid and Garfield Heights offices. Additionally, we offer full service retina care at our Willoughby and Parma Heights offices.

Since it’s founding by Drs. Arnold M. Mitchell, MD and Edwin H.
